Registration is managed through our booking platform to provide a simple and reliable process for all attendees. To help us plan effectively and ensure that spaces are available for those who intend to participate, a nominal, non-refundable registration fee of £1 per person, per day applies.

This small contribution has been introduced following last year’s experience, where a high number of unclaimed bookings limited availability for others who wished to attend. It allows us to manage attendance more responsibly and create the best possible experience for everyone.
